ARTA's transactional emails are an optional suite of pre-built mailings that simply and effectively keep your customers and internal team members aware of key milestones in the shipment's fulfillment lifecycle. Webhooks may be used to build your own custom email/SMS/push notification systems.

You can freely mix and match your usage of ARTA's emails and webhooks in real time to best align with your customer experience goals and internal operational strategies. Configuration for both emails and webhooks may be updated at any point via the ARTA Dashboard or the ARTA API.
